We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your data. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.
Google Account Information: When you use SheetToGanttChart, we may collect your Google account email address and basic profile information (e.g., name) to authenticate your identity and provide access to the add-on.
Google Sheets Data: The add-on accesses specific Google Sheets you authorize to create Gantt charts and sync task updates (e.g., task status, progress).
User-Generated Content: Information you input or modify via the web interface, such as task statuses, progress updates, or permissions granted to other users.

Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SheetToGanttChart, its users, or the public.

By using SheetToGanttChart, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the add-on.
Eligibility: You must have a valid Google account to use SheetToGanttChart. You represent that you are at least 13 years old (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction).
License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SheetToGanttChart for personal or business purposes, subject to these terms.

Google Account Access: You authorize SheetToGanttChart to access your Google Sheets and account data as necessary to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring your Google Sheets data complies with applicable laws.
Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the data in your Google Sheets and any content you input via the web interface. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your data.
Permissions: As a project owner, you are responsible for managing permissions granted to other users. SheetToGanttChart is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your permission settings.
Compliance: You agree to use SheetToGanttChart in compliance with all applicable laws, including data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
SheetToGanttChart, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the add-on without our permission.
Any feedback or suggestions you provide about SheetToGanttChart may be used by us without obligation to you.
You may stop using SheetToGanttChart at any time by revoking its access to your Google account.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or engage in unlawful activity.
Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days, unless required to retain it by law.
SheetToGanttChart is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SheetToGanttChart, including loss of data or profits.
Our total liability for any claim related to SheetToGanttChart will not exceed $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of SheetToGanttChart, your data, or your violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.
We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the add-on interface. Continued use of SheetToGanttChart after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
